Due to the custom nature of our products, standard returns are not accepted. Each product is individually crafted from your personal dental impression and cannot be resold or reused.

Fit Guarantee

If your product does not fit correctly, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, remake your product at no additional charge.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
